Apparently, that morning cup of coffee doesn’t exactly wake you up. Instead, all it does is to ease the overnight withdrawal symptoms. Well, I will have to say that my morning cup of coffee does give me a boost. Without it, the whole day just doesn’t feel right.

If you have high blood pressure or hypertension, eating chocolates or tomatoes might help lower the blood pressure for people in the high end of the normal range. Think I might need to eat a little more chocolate or tomatoes since my blood pressure is a little on the high side.

Guess it’s not only Singapore that needs to tries all ways and means to increase it’s birthrates. Poland is going to spend US$3 billion over the next seven years to do just that.
