Guess as more and more people are aware of taking natural food to keep healthy, the so-called ‘Superfoods’ will slowly increase in sales. Think I’ll need to go buy some of these superfoods for the family.

there has been a dramatic rise in nutrient-rich “superfoods” as more people learn of their health benefits.
So, what are superfoods? Well, according to the article and Wikipedia, superfoods are those which have high nutritional value that are considered the healthiest. Superfoods have also been claimed to make one have younger-looking skin and protect against cancer and heart disease.
There is no definitive list of the so-called superfoods. But the most commonly cited foods are blueberries, broccoli, spinach, watercress, mangoes, oats, oranges, pumpkin, shelled walnuts, soy, salmon, turkey, yoghurt and green tea. And in the UK, the public have bought about £95 million worth of blueberries over the past two years as blueberries have been renowned for their anti-aging properties.
