Men need to drink more milk to reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease, according to this BBC News article.
By drinking about a pint (or 473 ml) or more of milk a day, the study done by a Welsh team found that the men surveyed were 62% less likely to have metabolic syndrome, which is a cluster of symptoms that might lead to diabetes and heart disease.
But it must be noted that all types of food must be taken in moderation and the need for a balanced diet and regular exercise. If you take too much full fat diary products, it might lead to other health problems.
