Contrary to other research, Australian researchers have found that eating fruits and vegetables provide no benefit in helping to avoid cancer.
Well, the research shows that what a person eats matters much less as compared to a healthy weight range. However, do not forsake your daily diet of fruits and vegetables as they do help in the reduction of heart disease as well as help fight obesity. The researchers found that obesity, smoking and drinking too much alcohol are the main risk factors when it comes to cancer.
Hmmm … guess my saying still must remain … Eat everything in moderation and exercise. I think I need to exercise more by playing more Wii Sports. 🙂
